It starts out so tempting, so welcoming, so comfortable.

You go, eagerly, ready to dive in.

And it feels incredible, like everything you ever wanted.

By the end, it’s too hot, too stiff, too suffocating.

You struggle, dry mouthed, to drag yourself out.

A pounding in your head that demands to be heard, over the roar of all your needs.
